Guidelines For Submitting Manuscript
Waymaker Publishing seeks to publish books that are wholesome and clean. We serve a broad scope of clients and publish all types of books that are entertaining, informational, educational, edifying, beneficial, fictional, nonfictional, and so much more. We do follow biblical principles as our guidelines and therefore do not publish books that depict scenes of senualism, sexualism, perversion, porn, or books that might be considered too controversial, progressive, liberalism, left-wing politics, nor unsound Bible doctrine religious books.
We publish books of all lengths; however, the average length of the books on the market are almost never less than 70,000 words. We strongly recommend that your manuscript should have been read and corrections made before sending the material. We will review your manuscript and suggest to you if you might consider having it professionally edited. After we make your book, if you need to modify or make changes to any part of your book, you can purchase a changes service. The fee to have our design team to make any changes/updates is $100 for first hour or less of work; each additional non-prorated hour is a fee of $35.
Interior Guidelines for All Manuscripts:
If your manuscript contains any quotes or writings by another source, you must give credit to the source either through an End Notes section or Bibliography section at the end of your book. Plagiarism will not be tolerated and can result in imprisonment. If you have any questions or concerns in how to give appropriate credit, we will work with you to fix any concerns at $35 an hour. Interior Guidelines for Christian Religious Manuscripts:
All books that use any scripture quotations from the Holy Bible inside your manuscript must be in the Authorized King James Version of the Holy Bible (unless you are quoting a quote of another author). All submissions will be denied publication if scripture quotations are not found in the Authorized King James Version.
How to submit:
Send us your complete manuscript with a cover letter according to the guidelines below to [email protected].
Your cover letter should include information regarding the following:
(1) Your full name.
(2) Your mailing address, e-mail, and phone number.
(3) The title name you want your book published under.
(4) A one-paragraph synopsis (description) of your manuscript.
Your manuscript submission should include the following:
We accept only digital submissions via Microsoft Word Document. Please submit your manuscript digitally by attaching it to your email in as a Microsoft Word Document and send it to [email protected].
Manuscripts must be letter-quality computer generated. The manuscript should be on 8 1/2" x 11" paper size in digital form. The manuscript should be doubled-spaced, with a 1" wide margins all around. Please include the title of your book on the first page. Please include a Contents page on the second page of your book. Please set your manuscript's text to the font style Times New Romans with size 12.
All questions can be answered via email at [email protected]. Please always include your name and a best phone number inside the e-mail.

We reserve the right to refuse to publish material that is not considered wholesome or that is too controversial. Once we receive your manuscript and review it, we will be in contact with you whether if we can continue with the process of publishing your material.
A literary agent is not required for submission.
It is not necessary for you to register or copyright your work before publication--it is protected by law as long as it has not been published. When published, we can copyright the book in the author's name by assigning it a unique International Standard Book Number (ISBN).
